Green Metabolism Booster

Fat metabolism, natural energy, gut support

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 green apple
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • 1-inch fresh ginger
  • Handful of spinach or kale

When: Morning or before workout (if not fasting)

Add a pinch of sea salt to replenish electrolytes if you've been sweating.

Turmeric Glow Juice

Reduces inflammation, aids liver detox

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • ½ lemon
  • 1-inch turmeric root (or ½ tsp ground)
